Researchers voice in animal research: The Animal Research Advisory Committee (ARAC)
The Animal Research Advisory Committee (ARAC) is your voice in shaping the 天涯社区’s animal research and teaching environment. ARAC gathers input from the research community and provides recommendations to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and support of the entire animal care and use program.
ARAC ensures researchers’ perspectives are heard at the highest levels of the University (i.e., UAPWC and the Animal Resource Committee (ARC)) as it relates to:
- facility operations,
- administrative processes like ARISE, and the ACUCs,
- or broader program improvements
