Community of Care

Self-care matters year-round — and it looks different for everyone.
Throughout the year, stop by our Community of Care stations to pick up small items that support your wellbeing and inspire simple self-care practices.
Visit Days of Action events and collect a stamp in your Community of Care passport. Your passport outlines what’s included at each station, why it supports self-care and tracks your participation across the five Days of Action campaigns. At the end of the academic year, you can enter your completed passport into a prize draw.

Why visit the self-care stations and collect stamps?
Because you deserve care (and free things are nice). Stopping by only takes a few minutes, and we hope this small action will serve as a reminder to put your wellbeing first.
Each stamp you collect gives you one entry into a prize draw at the end of the year. Collecting all five stamps, awards you with a bonus entry into this contest.
Check out the contest rules at the end of this page for more details.
