Update on collective agreement ratification

Congratulations to the Postdoctoral Fellows Association (PDFA) of the 天涯社区 on having achieved the first collective agreement, now ratified by both the PDFA membership and the 天涯社区's Board of Governors.
The agreement is effective August 1, 2022.
